How Does Crystal Healing Work?

Research into the structure of the atom over the last few hundred years has revealed that everything in our entire universe is made up of energy. Even solid objects, like a piece of furniture are really just vibrations of energy at the most fundamental levels. It may not look like it, but crystals and the cells in your body are made up of the same kind of energy.

Just like magnets use energy to attract or repel, healing stones operate similarly. When you place certain crystals over certain parts of your body, your energy transforms, vibrates, pulses, moves and shifts in accordance with the properties and energetic signature of the crystal.

Amazonite

One of the world’s most revered stones, carries a calming and serene energy that helps you to unwind and relax. Amethyst is a stone of spiritual protection, and creates a shield around the body that blocks lower energies and psychic attacks. It is meditative and calming stone which works in the emotional, spiritual, and physical planes to promote calm, balance, and peace.

Apatite

(Social Ease)

Stone of manifestation promoting service to others and humanitarian pursuits. Increases social ease and self-confidence. Helps when dealing with people who no longer serve your highest good. Appetite suppressant.

Apophyllite

(Purifies Home & Office, Respiratory & Eye Health)

Infuses your surroundings with spiritual light. Connects with user with spirit guides and realms. Great to purify home or office. Promotes organization. Connects with universal energy and is great for use in Reiki. Promotes eye and respiratory health.

Blue Lace Agate

(Communication, Tranquility)

Known as the stone of ultimate communication. Frees your throat chakra, allowing you to express your thoughts and emotions in the most beautiful and effective way possible

Serene and calming, it brings peace of mind. It is one of the great nurturing and supportive stones and will endow you with a strong sense of peace and serenity.

Carnelian

(Creativity, Inspiration)

A crystal of courage, vitality, sexuality, confidence, and action. It brings a surge of life force and creative energies. It removes blocked or stuck creative energy that may be dominating your mind and leaving you feeling burnt out or uninspired. Its vibrant orange color stimulates your passion to move forward and achieve your dreams. Carnelian is an action stone that restores motivation, confidence and joy.

Charoite

(Raises Vibration)

Acclimates you with a higher vibration of living so that you are constantly vibrating at the highest frequency possible. Opens the third eye and crown chakra, encouraging you to trust your gut and know that you are on the right path. Helps you to overcome resistance you feel towards your path and block out the opinions of others to focus solely on your own feelings.

Chryscolla

(Communication)

Stone of communication. Its very essence is devoted to expression, empowerment and teaching. Peacefully clams and allows truth an inner wisdom to surface and be heard. Also great for activating feminine qualities, female disorders, and healing of physical disease.

Chrysoprase

(Heals Heart, Promotes Truth, Antidepressant)

Heart healing stone. Opens your heart to allow new love into your life. Good stone for healing reproductive organs. Promotes love, forgiveness, compassion, joy, and happiness and brings you away from feelings of anxiety, depression and co-dependence.

Citrine

(Presence, Manifestation)

Citrine helps to live in the NOW. A gemstone of light, happiness, abundance, and manifestation. Most noteworthy, it’s one of the few crystals that doesn’t hold negative energy and emits large amounts of positive energy. Citrine is a manifestation stone that encourages you to dream big, maintain a positive state of mind and attract everything you want in life.

Clear Quartz

Dragon Blood Jasper

(Courage, Physical Illness)

Courage and strength and personal power. It is a great stone for those facing an illness as it promotes inner strength and willpower and an energetic boost of vitality to help one’s recovery. Helps with disorders of blood and brain.

Dumortierite
